Welcome to WikiPaidEditors.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Offered
WikiPaidEditors.com provides professional consulting services for Wikipedia page creation, editing, notability assessments, and page monitoring. While we follow Wikipedia’s editorial guidelines, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Wikipedia or the Wikimedia Foundation.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. No Affiliation with Wikipedia
We are an independent consultancy. Although we have in-depth knowledge of Wikipedia’s policies and practices, we are not part of the Wikimedia Foundation or its affiliates. All decisions regarding content approval, deletion, or modification are subject to Wikipedia’s volunteer-based editorial process.
4. Payment Terms
All services require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom quotes will be provided based on the scope of your project. Payments are non-refundable unless covered under our approval guarantee terms, which are discussed at the start of each project.
5. Approval Guarantee
While we offer a 100% approval guarantee on eligible projects, this applies only when the subject meets Wikipedia’s notability criteria, and we handle the full content creation and submission. If a page is rejected despite meeting requirements, we will either revise it at no additional cost or provide a refund, based on our internal assessment.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any deliberate misinformation may result in cancellation of services without refund. Clients are responsible for securing proper rights or permissions to any materials (e.g., images) they ask us to use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content we create on your behalf is yours once final payment is received. However, by nature, Wikipedia is an open platform, and once content is published, it becomes subject to Wikipedia’s licensing terms and may be edited by the public.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share, publish, or disclose any details without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
WikiPaidEditors.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We do not guarantee that any Wikipedia page will remain live indefinitely, as edits and deletions are controlled by the Wikipedia community.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if we believe a project violates Wikipedia’s rules, promotes false or misleading content, or involves unethical activity.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes. The current version will always be available on our site.
